I‘m trying out this life,
not too good at it though,
wading through fog & stumbling,
figuring which way to go.
It passes at jet speed,
in a second everything is still,
for a moment it’s a rollercoaster ride,
in a blink it’s a movie at your window sill,
It takes a heartless turn,
to leave parts of you behind & move on,
still finding yourself while losing your best,
grasping tight to all thats gone.
The cracks in each one of us is what lets the light inside,
And thats how we shine our brightest through all the scars we hide.
I’m trying out this life,
not too good at it though,
still trying to make some sense of it.. every step that I go!
